"We had our wedding at The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens in April 2022. When planning and organising our wedding, we dealt with Jason & Clodagh who are both extremely professional. On the day of our wedding, they checked in with us multiple times and were so lovely to deal with. The other staff in the hotel were also very helpful and friendly. The service that us and our guests received during our wedding was amazing. The food at the Dunloe Hotel & Gardens is excellent. We had a meal with our wedding party on the evening before our wedding in The Grill restaurant. Everyone complimented the food and the terrific service on the night. A number of guests also complimented the breakfast and the views from the Grill Restaurant are simply stunning. We opted for the Dunloe over other hotels in Killarney due to the hotel's views and the amazing grounds. Our wedding day was more than what we hoped for and we could not recommend The Dunloe Hotel and Gardens enough for a wedding."

"This is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in my life. It is located in the village below Dunlu Town next to Killarney National Park. The mountains and grassland are covered with all your sights. The endless green wizardry makes you It seemed as if she was quiet in Alice in Wonderland. The hotel is on a hill in the green field. The castle-style building is in a modern style. In front of the hotel is a horse farm. Horses and cattle are eating grass in your sight. You can also have a close contact with horses and cattle. The hotel service is good, I have nothing to say, I set a luxury view room, the beautiful scenery in front of the window suffocated me, the mountains in the distance, the green grass in the vicinity, the boundless grass around me made me want to cry instantly."

"I've stayed at Parknasilla a few times. Overall the location is stunning and the staff are very friendly and helpful although in recent years I have noticed that there is a high staff turnover which has resulted in a lower quality service. Food is always OK but not of the quality you would expect in a 4 star hotel (or aligned to the price). On our most recent stay we noticed that they have started redecorating some of the rooms in a style and quality that is not in keeping with the heritage of the hotel or it's 4 star rating. The room on our most recent stay had been redecorated and had lots of really cheap and tacky (for want of a better word) furniture and decor, furthermore the windows were filthy and some of the furniture needed to be cleaned. A friend of ours stayed in one of the manor rooms and although not much had been changed it was over furnished (cramped) and had new cheap cushion's, new cheap picture frames etc. We really love Parknasilla but were so saddened to see this lack of attention to detail and that the recent 'upgrades' are not in keeping with the hotels original period and feeling of luxury. The place has so much potential but needs greater attention to detail and an expert eye for any further changes to the interiors to keep it's previous standard."
"We are just back from a 4 night break in Parknasilla. We thoroughly enjoyed our family break & could not fault anything about the resort. The pool/ bar/ lodge/ coffee shop/ staff/ food were all 5 star. The setting is absolutely breathtaking & there is so much to do from beautiful walks & trails to playgrounds & owl shows. There was always something to occupy our toddler. A special mention to Mary(reservations), Pj( front of house)Norma,Angela(housekeeping) & Lillian, Mia, Adrianna, Ankuish( restaurant) who went above & beyond to make our stay so special & memorable. We will definitely be back "
"Everything was fantastic. The real winner is that it's kid friendly but it hasn't lowered its standards to do so. As a result, the kids have a blast and the adults can still enjoy quality food, drink and accommodation. The staff were very friendly and the setting is amazing. We'll be back"

"My husband and I loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The competent, friendly, and knowledgeable manager, Maura, was helpful when we first spoke to her before we left for our first trip to Ireland. Once there she continued to be delightful and helpful making sure we had everything we needed and even anticipating things we might be interested in or need to know about. All the staff were friendly, chatty, and competent. The room was spacious and whimsically decorated with antiques, art, and beautiful fabrics and linens. We had a quaint little sitting room right outside our door with something interesting to look at in every corner. The high quality included breakfast was served quickly so we could get on with our day. We ate at The Ivy on numerous occasions and had delicious meals and friendly chats with the bartenders. We felt at home here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"The perfect hotel for a memorable vacation. We stayed here for a portion of our trip and this hotel made other hotels look minuscule in comparison with the amenities. The staff at the front desk and the bar and restaurant are amazing! The rooms were outstanding including very comfortable beds, a jacuzzi, and if you're new to the country very spacious compared to other hotels. Showers have very strong pressure as well. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting. We happened to be there during the Killarney Bikefest and got to catch some festivities and a concert. You will not regret coming to Killarney and staying at the Victoria hotel."
"This hotel was amazing! The staff was kind and open to Americans traveling. Lots of ideas on what to do. Moria recommended that we take a boat trip to the Black Valley - unbelievable in it's beauty as well as it's charm. That said - she said it was an easy walk of 7 miles and it was totally not that! It was quite the hike and took 3.5 miles to reach the summit and then the rest was downhill. Lots of sheep and if you are not prepared (as we were not) you need water and perhaps a few snacks. So while we enjoyed the experience, we paid the price of being misled and suffered back and feet pain. The worst was the van driver left us there and we had to find a driver to take us back to the hotel. So beware of the directions you get from the front desk. The food and service were great! The rooms were wonderful!"
