@krmajar,
Yes, we sleep downstairs, and our kids room are up a level and basically the opposite end of the house!
We make information technology work past having two camera monitors in each room then nosotros tin cheque on them without having to go up there. We tin can too talk to our 3 year old through the monitor. Luckily my baby mostly sleeps through the night and so I'm not going up and down stairs all night.
Our chief bedchamber is on its own level below the nursery and nosotros have all the same to put our 4 calendar month old in his own crib. We proceed the pack and play in our room.
I EBF then he'due south upwardly every 3 hours, I'm
pretty groggy when I get up then its probably not safe to be doing stairs. It's much easier to just whorl over and bring him into bed to feed.
That being said, he'll exist going upward there at 6 months and I'll just have to rely on the baby monitor Information technology has sound and video.
Thou
Yes! Our master is upstairs but we've been sleeping downstairs in the guest room
He's nonetheless getting upwardly once or twice a dark so I've been besides lazy to movement back upstairs haha
Our house has the principal downstairs and all other bedrooms upstairs. Nosotros are moving baby upstairs as soon as the roommate moves out. We would accept done it already if the room weren't being used.
She is already sleeping through the night, except if she isn't feeling well or if it's loud and someone wakes her up.
Her room is in a higher place and on the opposite corner of the house so we will be using a monitor. (Video if I can discover one affordable).
She will be moving to her crib from the basinett at the aforementioned time so it will be lots of changes!
